How much is delivery?

UK Mainland Deliveries (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands)


Standard delivery charges on orders over £350 delivered to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) are Free.

All orders that do not exceed £350 will be subject to a £29.99 delivery charge. 


We also offer an express delivery service, which is available if you contact us.

Non Mainland Deliveries

If you live outside the UK mainland or in the Scottish Highlands you will need to contact our sales team who will be able to provide you with the best possible price for your delivery.

How will my order be delivered?

All of our tiles are delivered either through a nationwide courier company or one of our own vehicles depending on your location. 

We have two delivery options:

  1. Our standard delivery is 2 - 5 working days (Subject to stock availability)
  2. Our express delivery time is 1 - 2 working days (Subject to stock availability)

Orders are normally delivered between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. The Majority of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location (Kerbside Delivery*) If goods are delivered on a pallet the items on the pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver.

* With kerbside deliveries all efforts are made by the driver to deliver to the closest point at the address but any obstructions or hazards . i.e steps , uneven drives, gravel etc could affect the location where the pallet is left.

When will my order be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery within 1 working day.  It will be necessary for you to provide a contact number.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, you can have your tiles delivered to another address, however you will need to provide us with the full delivery address including postcode and a landline contact number.  For security reasons we will contact you on the landline number provided in order ot arrange a delivery date.

What if the delivery arrives when I am not home?

All orders need to be signed for upon delivery.  If we are unable to acquire a signature your order will be returned and a second delivery date will need to be arranged.

What happens if the order is not correct or the tiles are damaged?

Any damaged or incorrect orders must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.  If any damage to the packaging is noted upon delivery then this must be put in writing on the delivery note when the driver asks you to sign for the items.  We require photographic evidence of any damaged tiles and all replacements will be sent on the next available delivery date.  Due to the nature of the goods, it will be deemed acceptable if there are one or two broken tiles and would recommend that you use them where cuts are necessary.  

What if I order too many tiles?

Unfortunately, we do not accep the return of surplus tiles.  However, we do recommend that you order approximately 10% extra for cuts, breakages adn any future repairs.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel you order within 3 days from the date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.  Please be aware that you will be fully responsible for the return of any order and all associated shipping / postage costs.  We will only process refunds for goods received back that are complete and in a saleable condition.  

Your cancellation request must be put into writing and received within the 3 day period.  Special pieces, which have been imported at your request, are not returnable and therefore not refundable.
